With over 14 years’ experience as a legal practitioner and financial services provider, Tonjaka has extensive knowledge of the regulatory ecosystem of several jurisdictions with specific knowledge of Saint Lucia and the legal framework of its Citizenship by Investment Programme. He is Canadian by birth but Saint Lucian by naturalisation, and has gone through an immigration process similar to many of our clients. He brings with him expertise and firsthand experience. He obtained his first degree is in Economics from Carleton University, Ottawa Canada, graduating with honours in 2000, L.L.B in Business and Finance Law in 2003 from Brunel University in London and completed his Bar vocational programme at the Inns of Court School of Law at City University London, and was called to the Bar of England and Wales in 2004. Later that year he was called to the Bar of the Eastern Caribbean Supreme Court and subsequently qualified to practice as an Attorney at Law in Saint Lucia. Tonjaka is the director and principal Partner of Fortgate Offshore Investment a principal partner for Sterling Legal Ltd and of course one of the principal partners for Sterling Citizenship Advisory Partners Inc.

With over 10 years of combined legal and financial services experience, Jahn is a legal and compliance professional having earned his first degree in Marketing Management from the University of Guelph in Ontario Canada, Jahn moved back to his home country of St. Lucia in 2000, where he worked within the Financial Services sector as a marketing professional. He obtained his Bachelor of Laws degree in 2010 and was called to the Bar of England and Wales in 2012. Later that year he was called to the Bar of the Eastern Caribbean Supreme Court and subsequently qualified to practice as an Attorney at Law in St. Lucia. Jahn has worked as an associate attorney within one of the larger and more successful law firms in St. Lucia and as the Deputy Registrar within the Supreme Court Registry of St. Lucia. Jahn has obtained a Master of Laws (LLM) in Regulation and Compliance from BPP University in London UK, which has provided training and expertise integral to the work we do at Sterling Citizenship.

With over 40 years of extensive experience in managing large accounts, administered throughout the entire Caribbean basin Theresa has held directorships in multinational project finance organisations, most notably the recent appointment as the Director of Finance at the Caribbean Regional Negotiating Machinery (RNM). She has spearheaded the investment initiative of the Canadian International Development Agency (CIDA), overseeing a multi-million dollar Canadian investment fund, used for development projects in the Caribbean region. Theresa has held Senior Managerial positions at Price Water House, and KPMG, throughout her long and illustrious career as a chartered accountant. Theresa is one of the most experienced accountants in Saint Lucia and she brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise, to the company’s project finance department. Theresa is a Canadian/St. Lucian and is very passionate about her projects which have brought direct inward investment channels from Canada into Saint Lucia and the wider Caribbean.
